Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Learned Counsel, however, submits that having regard to the nature of evidence against the applicant, the Court of Session be directed to conclude the trial expeditiously.

The submission appears reasonable.

The learned Sessions Judge seized with Sessions Case No.763 of 2022, Dindoshi Sessions Court, arising out of C.R.No.1788 of 2022 is requested to commence and conclude the trial in the said case as expeditiously as possible, and preferably within a period of 9 months from the date of communication of this order. In the event, the trial is not concluded within the said period, the applicant shall be at SSP 1/2

With the aforesaid direction, the application stands dismissed as withdrawn.
