Learned Counsel for the petitioner - husband and the respondent No.1 - wife, state that the parties have arrived at a settlement and tender the Consent Terms dated 22nd September, 2016, duly signed by the parties. The same is taken on record and marked `X' for identification. 2.
Learned Counsel for the parties seek permission to withdraw the petition as well as the Revision Application, in view of the consent terms entered into by and between the parties. 3.
Learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 - wife states that in view of the consent terms entered into by and between the parties, the respondent no.1 - wife will file an appropriate application seeking withdrawal of the proceedings which are pending before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 25th Court, Mazgaon, At Sewree, Mumbai. 4.
Both the petition as well as Revision Application are accordingly disposed of as withdrawn.

In view of the disposal of the Criminal Writ Petition No.5050 of 2015, the Stay Application being Criminal Application No.279 of 2016 does not survive and the same is also disposed of. 6.
