Several orders were passed by this Court in the aforesaid petition. Today, learned APP informs us that the Directorate of Wakodikar 1/2

901. WP 4527-2016.doc Accounts & Treasury, Mumbai, has disbursed an amount of Rs.64,873/- by NEFT, directly into the petitioner's account, for the services rendered by the petitioner's daughter. 2.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute that the petitioner, aged 93 years, has received the said amount in her account.

In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further consideration in the aforesaid petition.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.

Needless to state, that it is open for the petitioner to adopt such other proceedings for recovery of any other amounts, if so maintainable in law.

All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
