The petitioners pray for directions to Corporation to demolish the subject structure. It is submitted that the respondents had filed civil suit. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing for the Corporation submits that demolition programme is scheduled today. They have sought for police help. They have already issued notices earlier stating that the subject structure would be demolished.
