There is no necessity to interfere with the impugned order at this stage. If, however, the main petition is finally decided against the petitioner and the petitioner chooses to institute a substantive appeal against such final decision, the petitioner will obviously have the liberty to challenge the order dated 04/12/2015 on its own merits and in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, this petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
