This petition is filed solely for direction to the trial Court i.e. the Court of Metropolitan Magistrate, 21st Court, Andheri, Mumbai to complete the trial in C.C. No. 1589/PW/2015 within a period of 6 months. Admittedly, after filing of the petition, the petitioner had filed an application before the trial Court under Section 173 (8) Criminal Procedure Code for further investigation which has been allowed. In that circumstance, the relief sought in the petition cannot be granted. Therefore, Ms.Parab, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition. The petition is allowed to be withdrawn.
