The above Misc. Civil Application is taken out by the Applicant wife seeking transfer of H.M.P. No.178 of 2015 filed by the Respondent husband before the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Karad, to be transferred to the Family Court Solapur. The learned Advocate for the Respondent states that the Respondent is desirous of withdrawing the above H.M.P. No.178 of 2015 and has accordingly made an application seeking withdrawal of H.M.P.
