Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, restricts the relief claimed in terms of prayer clause (b) and does not press relief claimed in terms of prayer clause (a). Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the respondent- State Government has not taken the decision on the application filed by the petitioner for releasing the amount towards scholarship in respect of tuition and examination fee pertaining to the SC category students of Jijamata Nursing School in respect of academic years 2011-12 and 2012-2013.

Rekha Patil 912-WP-2184-2016 We direct the respondents and in particular, respondent nos. 2 and 3, to decide the application filed by the petitioner as expeditiously as possible within four weeks from the date of this order on its own merits and keeping in view the order passed by the Division Bench of this Court (Coram: S.V. Gangapurwala and V. K. Jadhav, JJ.), at Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No. 8412 of 2015 with Writ Petition No. 8419 of 2015 decided on 13th August, 2015. In the above observations, writ petition stands disposed of. Liberty to petitioner to produce the copy of the orders in the aforesaid Writ Petitions before Respondent Nos. 3 and 4.
