Not on Board. At the request of Mr.Haridas, taken up in production board. Heard Mr.R.M.Haridas, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Mr. Haridas states that he has served notice of today's production on the Advocate appearing for the respondents in the trial Court. He however informed him that he is in difficulty today. He further states that the next date of hearing before the trial Court is 17.1.2017.

In view thereof, list the Petition for admission on 19.1.2017. Petitioner is at liberty to file application for adjournment before the trial court on 17.1.2017. The learned trial Judge will adjourn the proceedings beyond 25.1.2017. Mr. Haridas assures that he will serve copy of this order along with proceedings and intimate the next date of hearing on the respondents as also advocate appearing for the respondents in the trial Court. 4.

Parties including trial Court to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
