Baid Industries Private Limited; Baid Narrow Fab Private Limited and Soft Touch Fabric Private Limited who were Respondents/Accused in Complaint No.2202724/Mis/2022 have now been impleaded as accused in the present crime on 14th February, 2023.

2) In view of thereof, grievance of the Petitioner in the present Petition does not survive.
