Heard. By these petitions, the Petitioners are challenging the Government Resolution dated 5th December 2016 passed by the State of Maharashtra in Planning Department. Under the said resolution, it was made clear that articles mentioned in Schedule-A thereof cannot be purchased and thereafter distributed to the eligible persons by Zilla Parishad. In short, under the said scheme, the articles which are mentioned in schedule-A can be purchased by the eligible persons and the Zilla Parishad / State Government is obligated to reimburse the price thereof to the concerned eligible patilsr 1 / 2

persons. The decision was taken by the government with an object that eligible persons should get advantage of welfare scheme. Having gone through the earlier scheme and the impugned Government Resolution, we do not find anything arbitrary or unreasonable therein. Therefore, we are not inclined to entertain this petition.
