Heard Mr.G.W. Mattos, learned Counsel for the Apex Grievance Redressal Committee. Mr. Mattos moved a praecipe dated 29.11.2018 for speaking to the minutes of the order dated 26.11.2018. He submitted that inadvertently in the said order his name is wrongly mentioned.

In view thereof, in the appearance clause the appearance "Mr.G.A. Mottos, for Apex Grievance Redressal Committee" be read as "Mr.G.W. Mattos, for Apex Grievance Redressal Committee". Further in paragraphs1 and 3 of said order, the surname "Mr. Mottos" be read as "Mattos". Order dated 26.11.2018 stands corrected to the aforesaid extent only. Rest of the order shall remain as it is. Order accordingly.
