Applicant is apprehending arrest in Crime No.70 of 2018 for the ofences punishable under Sections 354, 323, 506, 504 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 ('IPC' for short).

Pending application, interim protection was granted by the learned Sessions Judge, however, it appears, he did not attend and report to the Investigating Shivgan 1/2

912-ABA-27702019.odt Officer. Prima-facie, he breached the condition imposed, while granting interim relief. Besides, applicant was accused in at-least fve cases registered under Sections 323, 354, 452, 325 of the IPC. Though he has been acquitted in all these crimes, fact remains that present crime has been committed while he was on bail in some other crime.

In view of the facts of the case, application is rejected.
