CORAM :
M. S. SONAK, J.
DATE : 12 JANUARY 2016.
P.C. :- 1] Not on board. Upon production, taken on board. 2] The impugned order dated 24 September 2015 merely requires the Petitioner to accept certain amounts from Respondent No.3. However, there is no direction that upon receipt of such amount, the Petitioner is required to re-convey or part with possession of the suit property, which, the Petitioner bank claims to have already sold out byway of public auction. Besides, this is only an interim direction and the matter is still at large before Respondent No.1. Accordingly, there is no necessity to interfere with the impugned order. This petition is therefore, dismissed. There shall however, be no order as to costs.
