The counsel for the Applicants submit that there is a delay of 20 days in filing this Application. Abatement if any, be also set aside.

Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c).

This Interim Application is filed, for paper publication, to effect service on respondent no.8 by publishing the notice in the daily news papers.

Mr. Mokashi, Advocate appearing for Respondent Nos. 1 to 7 has no objection with this interim application being allowed. 3.

Heard. I have gone through the contents of the interim application. I am satisfied that the Applicants have made out a case to allow this application. The paper publication email in two news papers, E Journal, English and Marathi News Paper, eight weeks from today and file affidavit of service to that effect a week thereafter.

Hence, Interim Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (b).
