This petition can be disposed of by issuing directions to Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to take decision on the proposal tendered by the Principal of the Sainath Hindi High School and Junior College, Vashi, on 05.10.2009, seeking sanction for creation of the post of full time librarian and for accommodation of the Petitioner, who is functioning as part time librarian, on the sanctioned post of full time librarian, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from today, in accordance with the provisions of law and the policy framed by the State Borey 1/2
