2) This is an application for pre-arrest bail in connection with C.R. No.290 of 2023, registered with Badlapur West police station, for the offences punishable under Sections 354, 324, 323, 504, 506 and 509 read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code, 1860 ("the Penal Code").

10-ABA-3265-23.DOC 3) By an order dated 13th November, 2023, this Court was persuaded to grant interim protection.

4) I have perused the allegations in the FIR. The role attributed to the applicant is that of assaulting the first informant by means of a wooden log. Allegations of outraging the modesty are attributed to co-accused Nishant. Hence, I am impelled to make the order of interim bail absolute while directing to applicant to appear before the Investigating Officer. 5) Hence, the following order.

ORDER

i) The order of Interim Bail dated 13th November, 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

ii) The applicant shall appear before the Investigating Offier on 5th and 7th December, 2023 in between 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and, thereafter, as and when directed by the Investigating Officer till filing of the charge-sheet. iii) The applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

iv) The application stands disposed.
