Mr. Tejas Baviskar, learned Counsel states that entire decretal amount is deposited in the trial Court. As the entire decretal amount is deposited in the trial Court, the execution of the judgment and award dated 3rd February, 2016 passed by the Motor Accident Claim Tribunal, Ratnagiri, in M.A.C.P. No. 35 of 2013 is stayed till disposal of the appeal. 3.
The original claimants i.e. Respondents are entitled to withdraw 50% amount deposited in the Tribunal, on fling undertaking to this Court that, if 1 / 2
