Heard. By this First Appeal, the Appellant Insurance Co. challenges the judgment and award dated 07.05.2016 passed by the MACT Mumbai in application No.1524/2008 holding that the Respondent-Claimants are entitled to sum of Rs.55,57,000/- by way of compensation with interest @ 9% p.a.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned judgment and award following order is passed:
