The Consent Terms were signed by the respective parties as well as learned Counsel appearing for them. The Consent Terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The parties agree that the Consent Terms were explained to them by learned Counsel for the parties and they agree with the same.

Since the parties have settled the dispute amicably in this Court, in view of the judgment of Supreme Court in the case of Damodar S. Prabhu Vs. Sayed Babalal H.

The judgments and orders passed by learned Judicial Magistrate First Class, Vashi, Belapur, on 30th December, 2017 and learned Additional Sessions Judge, Thane, on 29th November, 2019 are quashed and set aside.

The applicant is acquitted of the offence punishable under Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act.

The bail bonds shall stand cancelled.

In view of the Consent Terms, the Revision Application stands disposed of.

List the Revision Application for compliance on 8th January, 2024.
