The subject matter of this Writ Petition also forms the subject of a pending Appeal of the Petitioner herein before the RERA Appellate Tribunal. It is submitted that RERA Adjudicating Authority having refused to entertain its original plea, the Petitioner has preferred this appeal. It is the grievance of the Petitioner, urged across the Bar by its Counsel, that this appeal is not being entertained or placed for hearing by the Tribunal. 2.

In the premises, this petition can be conveniently disposed of by

hcs 2/2 20.w3128.20 (copy).doc directing RERA Appellate Tribunal to place the Petitioner's Appeal for admission and pass appropriate orders. It is ordered accordingly. Considering that the Petitioner has been pursuing its remedy since long, RERA Appellate Tribunal is directed to dispose of the appeal within a period of six weeks from today. All contentions of the parties on merits are kept open. The Writ Petition is disposed of. 3.

In view of the disposal of the Writ Petition, the Interim Application does not survive and is disposed of.
