The Petition which is filed in December 2015 has remained pending. There is no interim order. The Petitioner has based his right as being included on the Select list. By lapse of period of five years and that there is no interim order granted. The process of selection and appointment must have been completed with exhaustion of the Select list. In these circumstances no purpose is served in keeping the Petition pending on file of this Court.
