After hearing the matter for some time, it revealed that the opportunity of submitting the documents and hearing was not given to the appellant. This appeal can be disposed of by directing the appellant to submit the relevant documents to the respondent / Corporation within a period of one week from today.

The concerned officer of the respondent after giving an opportunity of hearing to the appellant decide his application on its own merits in accordance with law within two weeks thereafter.
