The learned Counsel for the parties submit that the parties have amicably resolved the dispute and a Memorandum of Settlement under Section 2 (p) read with Section 18(1) of the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 and the Rules thereunder, has been executed. In view of the Memorandum of Settlement, the Petitioners seek leave to withdraw the Petition.

The Petition stands disposed as withdrawn, in view of the Memorandum of Settlement.

An amount of Rs.5 Lakhs deposited by the Petitioners in this Court pursuant to the order dated 11 August 2021 and a sum of Rs.2 Lakhs deposited with the Labour Court, be returned to the Petitioners along with the interest accrued thereon.
