This application is preferred by Insurance Co. for condonation of 180 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 19.12.2011 passed by M.A.C.T., Mumbai in Claim Application no. 3750 of 2005.
Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments Sneha Chavan 1/2
19 caf 175-13=.doc made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which read thus:
"a) That the delay about 180 days in filing this First Appeal be condoned."
