Heard the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner. The challenge in this Petition is to the action initiated by the State Government under Subsection (3) of Section 50 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966. The Petitioner has remedies available under the said Code. Hence, we decline to entertain this Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.

We direct that the actual action of removal of encroachments shall not be taken on the basis of the impugned notices for a period of three weeks from today.
