The Learned Addl PP Mrs. Pai states that since the last date the FIR being C. R. No.426 of 2018 has been registered on 15-7-2018. The Learned Addl PP further states that the Investigating Officer has also changed and P. I. Mr. Datir is now investigating into the FIR. In view thereof the grievance of the Petitioner can be said to have been assuaged. We however, expect the Investigating Officer to carry out a fair and impartial investigation and take the FIR to its logical conclusion one way or the other expeditiously. With the observations as aforesaid, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
