This review petition has been transferred from the Bench of Aurangabad. Under order dated 19th January, 2015, an intimation of the date fixed was ordered to be served to the Secretary of the petitioner. Accordingly, the intimation of the date fixed was issued to the petitioner by Speed Post on 23rd February, 2015. The Registry has filed a print out of the tracking report which shows that the article was delivered to the addressee on 25th February, 2015. The print out is marked 'Y' for identification. When this petition appeared on 2nd March, 2015, none appeared. Accordingly, the petition was adjourned till today. Even today, none appears.
