Bail application no. 2797 of 2018 is allowed. ii.

The applicant is directed to be released on bail in connection with CR No. I-55 of 2018 registered with Hill Line Police Station on furnishing PR bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount; iii. The applicant shall not enter into the jurisdiction of the Hill Line Police Station till conclusion of the trial. iv.

The applicant shall furnish details of his place of residence, mobile number, to the investigation officer, after he is released on bail.

v.

The applicant shall not threaten the witnesses and shall not tamper with the evidence;

vi.

The applicant shall attend the trial on the date of hearing regularly unless exempted by the court. vii. Bail application is disposed of.

viii. In view of disposal of the bail application, Criminal Application No. 1432 of 2018 for intervention, stands disposed of.
