The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submits that he wants to withdraw his bail application, which is filed by him before filing of the charge-sheet. He submits that the charge-sheet is filed and therefore he wants to withdraw this bail application with liberty to file fresh application before the learned Sessions Court.
