Learned Prosecutor, on instructions from the police personnel present in the Court, submits that till today, six witnesses are examined. Mr.Satpute, produced the history of case hearing. This shows that evidence has commenced on 1.2.2016 and now, the case is part-heard and is listed for recording of evidence today.

In view of the above, the Bail Application is disposed of. The learned Sessions Judge is hereby directed to complete the trial on or before 31.5.2017, as the matter before him is part-heard since last one year.
