This is an Application for condonation of delay of 3 years and 213 days in preferring the present Appeal against the conviction of Applicants/Appellants.

Learned Advocate for Applicants submitted that, on the date of passing of impugned Judgment and Order, i.e. on 1st December 2018, the Appellants were taken into custody and for want of financial and legal assistance, the Appellants could not prefer appeal within the period of limitation. The delay has therefore occurred in filing the present Appeal. 3.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, delay is condoned and the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
