Heard learned counsel for the applicants and learned APP for the State.

In crime No.102/2018 for offence punishable under sections 307, 143, 148, 1487, 324, 504, 506 read with 149 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Ispurli police station, District Kolhapur, the applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail. 4.
Perused the investigation papers. There are general accusations against the applicants.

There are cross complaints. In view thereof, case for grant of pre-arrest bail is made out. Hence the order :- i) In the event of arrest in Crime No.102/2018 for offence punishable under sections 307, 143, 148, 1487, 324, 504, 506 read with 149 of the Indian Penal Code registered with Ispurli police station, District Kolhapur, the applicants be released on bail on their furnishing P.R. bonds of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties each in the like amount;

iii) The applicants shall not influence the prosecution witnesses or tamper with the evidence;
iv) The applicant shall co-operate with the investigating agency; v) The application stands disposed of accordingly. (NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.)
