Having heard the learned counsel for the respective parties and having gone through FIR, we find prima facie that the FIR discloses the commission of the offence punishable under section 153 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860. We, therefore, cannot accept the prayer for quashing of the subject FIR. Writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
