Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed, by consent.

(a) The Order passed by the Presiding Officer, Addl. School Tribunal Navi Mumbai dated 1 st September, 2016 is set aside and the Tribunal shall hear Appeal No. 7 of 2016 afresh.

(b) The Tribunal shall decide all the issues and pronounce Judgment thereon.

(c) The parties may tender further documents before the Tribunal and the admissibility of which shall be decided by the Tribunal. (d) The Tribunal shall endeavour to dispose off Appeal No. 7 of 2016 within
