Heard the learned Counsel for the applicant. By this application, the applicant prays for setting aside of the order dated 11 September 2017 passed by this Court dismissing the petition for nonprosecution as also for condonation of delay in taking out this civil application.

Having perused the averments as made in the civil application, I am of the opinion that the delay has been satisfactorily explained. It is in the interest of justice that civil application be allowed and the writ petition be restored.

Civil application is accordingly allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). No costs.
