This is an application made by the applicant through post seeking a speedy trial.

Learned APP submits that the case pertains to C.R. No.2/2014. The applicant is charged under Sections 302, 115, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. He further submits, on instructions, that 34 witnesses have been examined till now, and about 10 to 15 more witnesses are to be examined. 3.

Considering the charges levelled against the applicant which, if proved, would be punishable under Sections 302, 115, 307 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, this application is disposed of with no orders for expediting the trial.
