Heard learned counsel for the parties on the Civil Application. 2.

We have gone through Civil Application No.2889 of 2017 seeking restoration of Writ Petition No.11829 of 2015 which suffered dismissal vide order dated 14.11.2017 for want of prosecution. For the reasons stated therein, we are of the view that there was sufficient cause for non appearance of the counsel when the case was called out. In the circumstances, we allow Civil Application and restore Writ Petition No.11829 of 2015 to its original number. 3.

The Civil Application stands disposed of.
