This is an application made by the applicant through Jail, seeking a speedy trial.

Learned APP submits that the case pertains to C.R. No.115/2013. The applicant is charged under Sections 302, 120B, 144, 147 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. On instructions, she further submits that, till today, two witnesses have been examined and about 10 to 14 more witnesses are yet to be examined.

Considering the charges levelled against the applicant which, if proved, would be punishable under Sections 302, 120B, 144, 147 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code, this application is disposed of with no orders for expediting the trial. (RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.)
