The only relief sought by way of the above Writ Petition is that an auditor other than the Respondent No.3 be directed to conduct the test audit of the Petitioner Society. It is not necessary to consider the grounds on the basis of which the aforesaid relief is sought, in view of the statement made by the learned AGP. The learned AGP Mrs. Salunkhe, on instructions of Shri Ajay Deshmukh, District Special Auditor Class-I, who has obtained instructions from the District Deputy Registrar, Satara, Dr. Mahesh Kadam, makes a statement that within a week from date an auditor other than the Respondent No.3 would be appointed to carry out the test audit of the Petitioner Society. In view of the said statement made by the learned AGP the grievance of the Petitioner lgc
