In this Application, it is pointed out that the ApplicantAccused desires to appoint Shri Satyavrat Joshi, Advocate. We are informed across the bar that Shri Satyavrat Joshi intends to file vakalatnama for all the three accused in Criminal Appeal No.39 of 2016. The learned counsel holding for advocate on record for the Appellants in the said Appeal states that the said Advocate has given 'no objection' to Shri Satyavrat Joshi to file vakalatnama. (1) We discharge Shri Aniket Nikam who is appearing for the Appellants in Criminal Appeal No.39 of 2016. Consequently, Shri Satyavrat Joshi is permitted to file vakalatnama for the Appellants in the said Appeal.
