Mr. Patil, learned Senior Counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to challenge the impugned order before the appropriate authority. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is disposed of as such.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into merits of the matter and has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

In order to enable the Petitioner to approach the appropriate authority, the ad-interim relief granted earlier vide order patilsr 1 / 2

dated 29th December 2015 shall remain in operation for the period of three weeks from today.
