By this civil application, the applicants seek intervention in the writ petition filed by the petitioner. Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel for the original petitioner has no objection, if the applicants are allowed to intervene in the proceedings in view of the fact that the applicants have filed another proceedings in respect of the same property. Statement is accepted.

The applicants are allowed to intervene in the writ petition. 1/2
8-CAW-186-2018 Civil application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs. The papers and proceedings of the writ petition shall be served upon the applicants advocate by the original petitioner within one week from today.

Place the Writ Petition No. 8321 of 2017 along with Writ Petition No. 9982 of 2017 for admission on 17th April, 2018. The affidavit in reply, if any, filed by any of the parties shall be filed in advance before the next date and a copy thereof shall be served upon the petitioner's advocate. The intervener is permitted to file affidavit in reply within two weeks from today and a copy thereof shall be served upon petitioner's advocate simultaneously. Rejoinder, if any, to be filed within one week from the date of service of affidavit in reply and a copy thereof shall be served upon respondents advocate simultaneously.
