On instructions, learned counsel for applicant further states that the applicant would surrender before concerned Police Station on 24th December 2019 at 11 am. The statement is accepted. The ABA is allowed to be withdrawn. The applicant is directed to surrender on 24th December 2019 at 11.00 am before Jaykheda Police Station, Malegaon.
