By this application, the applicant has prayed for setting aside the order dated 13th August, 2018 passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) dismissing the first appeal for want of removal of office objections and for condonation of delay in filing the civil application.

The delay in filing the civil application is explained in the civil application. The reasons for non-removing office objections is also explained in paragraphs 4 and 5 of the civil application. The case is made out for the reliefs as prayed.

The civil application is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses (b) and (c) on the condition that the applicant removes all office objections within four weeks from today. It is made clear that 1/2

If all the office objections are not removed within the time prescribed as aforesaid, the order passed by this Court today to stand vacated without further reference to the Court and the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial-II) on 30th August, 2018 to stand restored.
