This Writ Petition is preferred by the Petitioner by sending his Petition through jail. His grievance is that he was arrested on 08/10/2014 in connection with C.R.No.479/2014 by Manpada Police Station. The sessions case is pending before the Sessions Court at Kalyan. The case has not even started. This delay is unacceptable.
