Learned A.P.P, upon instructions, states that when petitioner was requested to come to police station for helping the investigation, she did not cooperate. Counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is about 88 years old and remains indisposed at times. In this situation, we direct petitioner to report to MIDC Police Station, Andheri (East), on any working day between 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. in the afternoon in next one week. The SQ Pathan 1/2

With these directions and keeping all contentions open, we dispose of writ petition.
