The grievance of the Petitioners is that, though they had submitted appeals as also applications for interim release of the vehicles in question in respect to each of the Petitioners before appellate authority, but the appellate authority has not considered and decided the Petitioners appeals as also the application for interim release of vehicles in question.

Today when the matter came up for hearing, the only prayer made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners is to dispose of this petition by directing the appellate authority to decide the said

In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by directing the appellate authority to decide the Petitioners application for interim release of the vehicles in question as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law but in any case not later than four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
