This Court has stayed the order of appointment of Administrator. However, it needs to be clarified that the order of inspection is very much open for implementation. In response, learned senior counsel Mr.Vashi would submit that the petitioner are ready and willing to submit to the jurisdiction of authority authorised to carry out inspection and shall produce all the original records of the society as and when notice to that effect is given to the society.
