We have heard learned counsel for the Petitioners and note that the real problem which the petitioners face is the pendency of Civil Misc. Application No. 380 of 2013 before the learned District Court, Pune.

In view of the averments made in paragraph 8 of the Writ Petition, it is apparent that the void which exists in the rules
